Chiropractic Care

At Premier Medical & Spine Clinic, we proudly uphold a tradition of excellence in chiropractic care—a healing practice that dates back to 1895. Rooted in a holistic, non-invasive philosophy, our chiropractic treatments focus on correcting spinal misalignments, easing nerve interference, and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal. Our experienced team uses evidence-based techniques, including Activator and Diversified Drop Table adjustments, to deliver safe, effective relief for back pain, neck stiffness, and more. Whether you're recovering from an auto injury or seeking long-term wellness, our personalized chiropractic care helps you move better, feel better, and live better—naturally.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Spinal and extraspinal adjustments are tailored to your needs using advanced chiropractic techniques such as the Activator Method and Diversified Drop Table. These evidence-based approaches help restore alignment, improve mobility, and reduce pain with minimal discomfort.

  • The Activator Method is a gentle, low-force technique that uses a handheld instrument to deliver targeted adjustments, ideal for patients seeking a more comfortable chiropractic experience.

  • The Diversified Drop Table Technique utilizes specialized tables that assist in the realignment process, enhancing precision and reducing strain during treatment.

E-Stimulation

E-stimulation reduces muscle spasms, improves circulation, and promotes tissue repair through targeted electrical impulses. We used 4 types of e-stimulation:

    • Premodulated Interferential Current (Premod IFC)
A focused form of IFC ideal for smaller treatment areas and acute pain relief.

    • High-Volt Electrical Stimulation (Hi-Volt)
Delivers high-intensity pulses to reduce inflammation, manage pain, and accelerate wound healing.

    • Russian Electrical Stimulation
Medium-frequency stimulation used to strengthen muscles and support neuromuscular re-education.

    • Interferential Current Therapy (IFC)
Deep tissue stimulation using intersecting currents to relieve chronic pain, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation—ideal for sciatica, arthritis, and post-surgical recovery.

3

Ultrasound Therapy

Uses sound waves to break down scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and enhance soft tissue healing.

Intersegmental Traction

    • A motorized roller table mobilizes spinal joints, increases disc hydration, and reduces muscle tension—especially effective for postural imbalances.

    • Therapeutic Exercise
Structured, goal-oriented movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and range of motion.

    • Therapeutic Activity
Functional, dynamic movements that simulate real-life tasks—such as lifting, reaching, or pushing—to improve coordination, balance, and performance in daily activities. These activities are tailored to restore independence and are especially beneficial in post-injury or post-surgical rehabilitation.

Our team integrates these modalities with chiropractic care, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), and manual therapy to create personalized, non-surgical treatment plans that promote full recovery and long-term wellness.
